I need to replace my Octavia vrs 1.8t discs all round (312mm front and 256mm rear).

I dont want the cheap rubbish, but also cant afford the upgraded stuff really, just standard items are fine.

Halfords are around £124 (over the phone so its probably wrong size, lol) any help?

Many thanks, I have been to them, but wasnt sure of the quality. the cheaper ones I know are bad, but the others I wasnt so sure. plus, the rear disc's are more expensive than the fronts??? whats with that? I can go to halfords and get the rears for £56.

brembo rear discs are fairly cheap on ebay

I recently had all new discs and new rear pads (front pads were done a couple of weeks before for the MOT). My local mechanic got all four discs (unsure of make) and rear Pagid pads for me for £125. Been on a couple of weeks now and they are great. I checked ECP and Brakes International and they were both more expensive.
