yes. I will use 50ml as the volume for ease of numbers for you

for up to -24 degrees, 2 parts g12 to 3 parts water (ie 20ml G12 to 30ml water)

for up to -36 degrees, 50/50 mix of water and g12 (ie 25ml g12 and 25ml water)

for up to -52 degrees, 3 parts g12 to 2 parts water (ie 30ml G12 to 20ml water)
