Hi all, my fabia doesn't have remote central locking, now I was wondering if it is possible to get it fitted, i have seen some kits off the net, but before i buy one has anyone else done it if so, how.

Skoda sell an upgrade kit as an accessory which needs fitting, but this is rather expensive.

You can get relatively cheap aftermarket remote kits and have those installed, e.g. see http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/77859-remote-central-locking-installation-guide/

Another way to get it done, and my personal preference, would be to have an alarm fitted.
