Hi guys

Ive a new fabia vrs and i fitted a new columbus unit to it and im just wondering is there a genuine mdi fitting kit available that will work with my car, i know there is an additional MDI fitting kit available for the new superb etc?

The VRS comes with MDI as standard, the port is just below the glovebox in a small recess.

If its not there I'd be asking the dealer to get it fitted FOC

No your right the Ireland spec does not come with the MDI as standard. As far as fitting one aftermarket I can't say I've ever seen one and I'm fairly certain it's a factory fit only.

I've had a scout around and can't find any parts for it other than the cable that goes to your phone/mp3 player. It might be worth dropping an email to skodaparts.com
