Small amount of moisture on side of door seal?

Featured Replies

Had window regulator replaced - no longer have pools of water gathering along the bottom of the door seal and no signs of ingress / damp carpets. However, sometimes get a small amount of moisture on the seal that runs up the side of the door frame (approx. level with the top of the wheel arch) - is this all right?

The sound proofing under the carpet may still be damp and taking its time to dry out. You could drive around with heat on full and vents directed at the floor, with the windows open. The tell-tale sign would be the windows misting up far easier than most other cars.
