Waterless Clean with Greased Lightening

Featured Replies

Sorry to revive an old thread but this was in today auto express and I couldn't resist.

I can't believe people use these products on an un prepared car.

I haven't used any of the products mentioned in this weeks Auto Express, but I have always got a bottle of `Showroom Shine` in the garage.

It really does work.

Its great as a spot cleaner after bird mess or a petrol spill on your paintwork for example.

I'm a good half hour from a hose. To get dust off I'm happy with it. Like I say, if it was actually dirty or I had access to water easily then I wouldn't use it. ONR requires access to water - I'm a ten minute walk from a tap and i'll be damned if I'm going to walk through Leeds with a bucket of water! lol

+1 for ONR ! Why don't you drive to your flat and fill half a bucket with water then drive back (avoiding hard braking and cornering) to your desired cleaning area?

He may have moved since 2011 :giggle:

Poor Will..... he doesn't have the Octavia anymore either.

He sold it and bought a big bus Lexus LS430 i think!

Ive used showroom shine many times in the past. At first I didnt believe it but it really does do a good job

I was reconmended It by a paint sprayer and car restorer and he is really ocd about his vehicles.

....so hell get more work??

Seriously..Ive seen the damage this stuff does
