maxi dot showing problem

Featured Replies

When driving home today they the death bell ping sounded, saying engine fault. when i got home i put the code reader on it and it came up with code P2103 throttle actuator control motor circuit high. According to tinternet it means the throttle position sensor or loom, if i had the petrol vrs i would know were to look as i have the diesel i have no idea were it is, or is the throttle peddal itself. The car is a 2008 vrs disel.

if its only done it the once, and the fault does not re-occur after you have removed it then it may just be a glitch. For now I would just clear the code and see if it happens again.
