mate of mine had a 11 plate navara he took the airbox off and it made a simular noise ,

i would love the noise too , its like a blow off valve noise , you can do it on petrols by blanking off the egr

Lol , im not sure exactly what im onabout but i have an idea i think its a recirc valve on a petrol which is realted to egr ?

well my EGR is blanked off and mine doesnt do it lol

My EGR is removed too. Wouldn't say it's a stupid idea.

Same with my Decat too.

But I have to have them both off my car, as that's how the turbo kit comes.

Oh, my car doesn't make this noise either. It actually sounds like the turbo is surging, then he's letting off. Mega lolz, mechanical symptahy fail.

My car did it when I rev'd and turned the key off with the air box off. Flame suit is now on.

mine does it a wee bit when you let off the throttle but its got a k&m cone filter on it

I didnt remove my EGR for the noise , i removed my EGR due to taking my old 1 apart on my golf pd100 and seeing how clogged up they get
