Air Con advice needed - 06 Fabia VRS

I noticed recently that although when using the air con it was nice and cool - the system was making a wheezing noise through the vents (same volume regardless of setting 1-4 used). I had the system re-gassed as a precaution - but the noise persists. Any ideas what is causing his and how to resolve it? The car is an 06 plate VRS with full dealer service history and on coming up to 90k miles.

Difficult to say without hearing it but the expansion valve can make some noise. Does it change if you move the temp setting up?
