Now if you HAD to spend £80,000 on ONE car ,

What would you buy( new or second hand)

It would be ..... 09 plate Audi R8 V10 priced at £79,990 with 9,900 on the clock.

Remember minimum change from £80,000,

Say £500...

A brand new Nissan GTR (£72k) from Lichfield Imports with enough mods to make the sticker price £80k.

I would really buy from a Nissan dealer, but I'd get them to act as middle man and modify (as they do) so that I didn't get too much change.

I would go for a 2009 '59' Porsche 911 (997) GT3 priced at £79,990 with 13,150 miles on the clock

P.S all cars have to on the market at the moment.

Also when a car is listed on here, it is classed as sold.

That means you cannot list the same car and you must look elsewhere.

Same rules for Brewsters hundreds.

I went the other way. I managed to spec up a BMW 535d (base price £46k) to £79k. By ticking every available extra.

While I understand the supercar/sportscar choices that invariably dominate these sort of threads, allow me to utter the immortal words...

"you're doing it wrong"

As my favourite Turbo R is no longer available new and used values are ridonkulously cheap, THIS is doing it right....
