Debadged Boot...

Featured Replies

Well, I'm considering removing the fabia badge of the rear boot but:

1. Are the badges pins or stuck on with adhesive?

2. I can't make my mind up whether to do it or not so please... Can anyone upload pictures of this. I can't decided if it will look to plain.

Thank you all.

Badges are just stuck on, no pins. A little heat will help to remove it.

Thats great, thank you.

Anyone got any pictures of this...

Thank you

I thought they had pins? Thats what i was told when i was going to remove mine. People who have had the holes filled. Please correct me if im wrong.

Only the Skoda emblem has 2 pins and holes in the boot. "Fabia" and the variant badge are just glue. Comes off easy using fishing line in a sawing motion (tough line) and then tar remover or similar for the residue left on the boot.

Skoda emblem needs the boot smoothing off and respraying a la:

If I don't like it then it's always a good excuse to upgrade to the new Fabia style badge :p

You can always renew with the new fabia logo...;)
