Host the image, get the full URL ending in .jpg .jpeg etc

put the url within and[/img ] removing the space at the end

Sign up to photobucket and upload the pictures to there.

Once you have them uploaded, when you hover your mouse over the image in your album, it will give you several options, one of them is IMG Code. Click in that and it's copied to your clipboard.

SImply paste that IMG code into here and it will appear as an image.
