I have travelled from Edinburgh to Kent

Kent to Bath

Bath to Glasgow

and as far north as Perth

and reception is excellent

Not OEM it is a fractal aerial

VAG are researching this type of aerial

Did you have to remove the interior liner to fit? I've got sat nav so this one wouldn't work for us

No need to go inside

Unscrew stock of original aerial

Screw lead of shark fin onto body of original aeriel

Position over boby and stick down

Very easy to do

Surely reception cannot be as good ?

and I did not use a signal booster
