As my bracket is snaped off, i started removing the wing mirror and and have come across an issue:

So far i have removed the black bottom cover (the led one)

Then i removed the Top plastic cover and removed the glass and glass moving meganism

I am now left with the metal bracket thats broken and the wiring with the plugs

How do i total detach the the bracket as the hole is is too small for the plugs to fit through

Do i have to remove the door cover and then disconnect from the switch?

Its raining so i have covered it up with some plastic.

There is a nut behind the tweeter cover on door, the little triangle bit on the card. it just comes off with this bolt removed. I have always taken the door card off as there is a retaining lug for the tweeter cover under the door card.
