SOLD - 3 Spoke Sports Steering Wheel with Multi-function controls for Radio, MFD & phone.

I am upgrading my steering wheel to a vRS 3 spoke wheel with DSG paddles on my Yeti and thus have this, my OE wheel fitted as a factory option, available For Sale.

It has a smooth leather finish. Being only 9 months/9,500 miles old and with me wearing leather driving gloves most of the time, there is little sign of wear on it.

It is being sold without airbag as I am keeping this to use with my new wheel.

The manufacturer's RRP on this wheel is £388.96 and I'm willing to offer

Would I be able to use this on my MY08 Octavia? Somewhere in the back of my mind I remember the font of all knowledge (my bro, dstev2000) telling me the revision is different on the latest Skodas limiting what you can fit to the older stuff.

I would be very interested if so. Also I'd need to put my airbag module in. I have a multifunction leather four-spoke pre-FL wheel.

I'm not sure of compatibility with pre facelift Octavia as, to look at, the steering wheels are different; notably the airbag module.

I would guess that my newer wheel will physically fit your steering column and the electrics for the MFD etc. may well be the same, but you will likely need a new airbag module as, from recollection of my Octavia vRS TDI, the airbag module is quite a different shape.

Nik - we couldn't make a facelift wheel work on my pre-facelift car, that's why I went for the Golf GTi flat-bottom

Plus the airbag's a different shape, and they're not cheap
