For some reason BBC1 won't pause or rewind, but other channels seem fine.

Tried mains reset too.

Anyone else getting error recording selection message?

Sometimes get this on my Sky box BUT affecting all channels - when you try to record you get an error message with a telephone number saying recording failed?

I just tend to unplug the whole lot for about 2-3 minutes then switch back on, seems to work but not sure why is occurs.
