How much did that set you back?

I payed £150, or for each part it would have been £120 for the roof & £100 for the grill and stump spoiler thing on the back

How do you rate the wrapping work?

Looks good

But from experience the sun will peel it at the corners....

Done a few bits in 3m cf and they peel :(

10/10 The work is really good

they used avery carbon finer vinyl and are avery qualified. so they are not just some cowboys, and they do work for magazines and car makers.

They have sealed the edges with some sort of rubbery clear film stuff, the only way to describe it is like hot glue but clear and i can't peal it so, I'm hoping it won't peal :S

Yes, if it's done properly you shouldn't get any peeling at all.

That's the difference between a poor/cheap job and a good one.

Looks good! thought about doing something like this myself as i've had my car over 8 years and it would be nice to change the looks /colour.

My spoilers been done for a few months now and no signs of peeling :) (touches wood)

Lol i must just have been unlucky

I did my mirrors but there was a lot of stretching involved..... Suppose it may be less likely to distort in heat if not as stretched

looks good mate

looking good and i like the transformer badge...

A lot of stretching usually results in tension in the material, which is why professionals typically use heat to "set" the wrap and/or seal the edges afterwards to stop it peeling.

My whole Defender was wrapped in clear vinyl when it was new and after two years I had no peeling at all because it was all set with a heat gun as it was done.

I used a top of the range makita variable temp heat gun....

To me it seemed that it wasn't peeling as such it was more like the heat from the sun in high summer acted like the heat gun thus distorting / shrinking the wrap to its original size

I used 3m stuff

Not a high quality pic but though id post it to avoid any1 else jumping on the briskoda bandwagon ;)

I think you should/could have had the entire bonnet done too. Giving an all-in-one finish rather than the bonnet/snout/grille effort that Skoda provided.

Looks good but why o why have you put a VRS badge on when it quite clearly isn't a VRS???

Looks good altho personally from a styling point of view i would of left it to the roof and spoiler, the grile looks outta place and then if you done the bonnet also i thing it would be OTT

I actually quite like the roof and the spoiler be intrested to see what that looks like on a silver vrs. Not keen on the grill, and as TAS said not feeling the vRS badge dude.

The vrs badge was put on by the previous owner. He replaced the grill so when I took the badge off it looked abit odd so I left it on
