Anyone have one fitted to an Octavia RS?

How much, was it worth it etc.

Not me, but James at JBS has one, although not sure if it's a quaife.

Have not driven it myself, but it's on the list, both drive and get one.

Is it worth it?

Not sure for B road driving, A I think it would just break even, anywhere near a track and I'd say aye.

But untill I've driven one I'll hold on to the flexible friend thanks.

Do you actually fit the new diffs to the box or do you send them away.

How much are we talking about to have a diff fitted and how long would you have the car for.

I think you're missing the point of the Haldex, it's a clutch not a diff. AIR the diff(s) are in the gearbox and the back axle but i'm sure one of the 4X4 owners will enlighten us.

i know the haldrex brings the rear power in and out but it might be nice in future replace it with a constant unit, just assumedi it was a rear diff at the same time

Mind you there is a Haldex controller to be had, try a search.

looked at them in the past and seem to be lots of money and only possible of 50/50 max split, would be nice to have more at the rear but don't acually know how this works or if its possible

We supply NEW bearings seals and shims !!!!

We have new 5/6 speed boxs we can fit in the day

if its a fitment to your own gearbox we supply a courtsy car and will have your car for 1 1/2 days .
