Finally got the head removed and this is what I found.

Any opinions? Does it look normal or worse?

I know all 16 valves will have to be changed.

I'll be taking the head to a pro for the work, i'd just like to know a little more before it goes.

Probably valve guides also, they crack when a bent valve is rammed back into the head.
