You name it, I can't seem to find anything to get rid of all the tiny interior finger smears and marks all over my windows as soon as it mists up. I normally give the exterior windows a good clean with a better than average window cleaning solution then use a bit of Rain Eze or whatever it is and my window looks great, I then clean inside and that looks great too :wonder: then it gets dusky and I can see all of the smears again :( I just wonder if anyone would be willing to share an absolute method that degreases and when the heater goes on and the screen mists lots of handprints don't seem to appear. Its pretty annoying as I am driiving for long periods of time and its misting up as I am doing my RoSPA and IAM, I really want a super clear screen. Exterior seems fine but its the interior - any advice pleaaaase :S

i use autoglym fast glass and 2 microfibre cloths. spray onto one cloth and wipe on screen then use the clean one to remove. seems to get rid of all marks for me

Cheers, I'll check that out- I'm addicted to the Megs stuff anyway so it won't hurt. The marks were very apparent today as it was extremely hot for this time of year, from one angle the screen looks really clear but from another there were nasty swirls and smears. Its really annoying!

Having used most glass cleaners which are good but cost....I use a bowl of hotish water and fairy liquid and a small sponge and teatowels to catch the surplus. Fairy liquid is very good at getting rid of grease etc (much better than normal glass cleaners/polishes...but don't get on the paintwork....rinse off quickly as it strips the wax off)....or I use warm water with some meths in it. Then I use teatowels to dry and buff....should glide over without any "tugging"......then nice and clean and no misting!!!

I use mentholated spirit it works great but use in well ventilated car.

I love Megs stuff as well but Auto glym Fast glass is the one to go for. absolute magic no smears no marks just REALLYCLEAN GLASS

Agreed on the above but the bulk Glass Cleaner is better as you can dillute it to strength your happy with, for me I also use this product in the household.......
