Help!!!

Featured Replies

Hoping someone can help... :)

Can someone with an Octy vRS hatch please measure the diagonal distance available with the rear seats folded down. I have to carry a 2m long projection screen in mine tomorrow and need to know if it will fit!!!

I would do it myself but I am at work and the Octy is at home!!! :D

Many thanks

If there is nobody in the front passenger seat you should have miles of room. If not, they could rest it on their shoulder. :)

After the overwhelming response  I have worked it out myself

Using Pythagoras Theory!!! Never thought I would need that again...

"Pythagoras' Theory states that the square on the hypoteneuse of a right-angled triangle is equal to the sum of the squares on the other two sides."

So...

The long and short of it is that the 2 metre long projection screen will fit with 26.3 cm to spare!!!

For the record the diagonal is 226.3 cm long

I'll find out if my maths are correct tomorrow :D

My suggestion about using a shoulder still holds good. :)
