I can get a secondhand intercooler from an Iveco 35 for £20 which seemed like a decent price to me. Would this be suitable and would there be any point on putting it on a stock PD130 to begin with (plan on a map and possibly hybrid soon)

What dimensions are typical PD130/PD150 intercoolers? I don't want it to be too big obviously and induce lag.

I'd recommend twin pass (inlet/outlet on same side) and I don't know exact size that will fit but from when I mocked up a template a 600mm was to wide without cutting anything.

You have to think how you're going to get the boost pipes into it.

On the Fabia, I reckon the outlet pipes would be staring at the radiator/aircon condenser or and/or the structures supporting the bumper bar.
