Oil light coming on when cornering

Featured Replies

A friend at work has a 2010 Fabia 1.4TDi. Occasionally when cornering left the oil level warning light comes on. The car has plenty of oil in.

I'm guessing a loose sensor or somesuch.

Any ideas please?

He's going round corners too fast.

Definitely the oil light?

I had a dash light come on before in an old car and it ended up being my brake fluid was a little low, topped it up and it never happened again

If it's the oil light, probably either the wire on the sensor is loose, or there's a spot of carbon on the capillary tube inside the sensor.
