After noticing that my brakes weren

When I had problems with my Vrs (they could not find a fault) I stared moaning about being not very impressed and having made a mistake about buying a skoda. They offered me my first service for free. Might be worth a try.

I would be a bit miffed as well, but would be thankful that they let me have the courtesy car till sorted. Some dealers leave you to sort yourself out when you put you car in.

It might be worth chasing Customer Services, & asking them why the dealer doesnt have the correct tools to do the job? It sounds like the usual HQ problem.

The dealer bends over backwards to help, but Head office cause them problems.

( I have experienced this twice ).

See if, as above says, have a good moan to see if you can get something out of it.
