Rear night lights

Featured Replies

Can anyone help please? Has anyone else had this problem? Nat a massive one since it does not happen often but when it does its just annoying really.

Quiz of the day? (EDIT - OP's now corrected the title)

Do you mean your driver's side rear tail-light is occasionally on when parked?

If so you've turned the ignition off but left the indicator stalk indicating right. That puts the sidelights on - which side depends on which way you're indicating. Do you indicate to get into your parking space?

You should get a warning chime from the dashboard. If not present it's an expensive repair...

If it's not this feature you'll have to explain what your problem is more succinctly...

If you are saying that when you park up, you have the side lights on one side of the car, then you are leaving the indicator stalk in the switched ON position, works on most cars.

Nice one - Always wondered why I get a warning bleep if the indicators are still on when I open the door - will have to read the manual some day
