I was just wondering if my clutch is slipping on my Fabia. If I put my foot down all I get is engine noise and it doesn't accelerate all the time.

I'm hoping it's not the clutch but thought I'd ask,

Yep gota be clutch slip... Have you remapped your car by any chance?

Sounds very much like it is, yes..

How often does this happen on 1.4 16v?

Upgrade using G60/VR6 clutch and flywheel kit. :)

:rofl: I`m not slagging off the 1.4`s but I dont think a remap will be making much of a difference tbh

Nope it hasn't been remapped (sorry for the delay, never got an e-mail saying there had been responses >.< )

Would there be any other signs of clutch slip?
