Radio Ignition Live Turn Off

Featured Replies

Hi,

i am wondering if anyone can help, my radio randomlly has started to stay on, rather than turning on and off with the key, it has to be turned on and off with the button on the front, it also turns off after an hour, is there any way there is a fuse on the ignition live that has blown? if so how would i find it?

its a skoda fabia 1.4 sport, and is an 05 reg,

Can anyone help me?

Thanks all!

Ben

The radio should turn off when the key is withdrawn or turned to off, a problem there shows a fault on the ignition switch terminal 15, but you should still be able to use the radio without the key being inserted for 30 mins if module 09 is correctly srt to its default setting, this can be adusted with vcds.

Tony
