Time to upgrade my intercooler but i cant decided what to do, get a proper forge kit for my car, get a kit from a ibiza or go down the seatsport route or by a universal twin pass cooler and make the brackets and pipework.

what i could do with is pics of how you fitted yours and what you used etc, bumper off pics would be great

When my car moves on to the pd150h I will be fitting custom IC as it works out alot cheaper and I like the idea of having something bespoke.

I have a friend who is very handy with welder who can make be some brackets to bolt on and off and then I will get pipe work mocked up and then get the required parts made in stainless and buy some silicon joints.

BTW twin pass universal IC is around £120 for a decent one then pipe work and brackets wont cost the earth, dont see the point in spending 600 - 700 on something I can put a bit of effort into myself and get it done for 250 - 350.
