I'm a HUGE fan of MDI in my Superb but am in the process of updating my iPhone 3GS to an iPhone 4S & am looking for a case. My wife has MDI in her Fabia with an iPhone 4 & Apple iPhone bumper but the hole in the bottom of the bumper is too small to accept the MDI connector so she ends up removing the bumper when she wants to use MDI.

My question is, what cases are people using with iPhone 4/S & MDI?

I have to take my case off completly when i use my mdi ive got a silicone case that makes my phone look like a retro tape

Decent size hole at the bottom which I am sure should accommodate an MDI cable, I will double check tonight when I go out to the car.

Really good quality case too for the price.

My bad, just tried it, the cable doesn't fit with the case, won't clip in.

Should be easy enough to make it fit...

how about an extension cable?

iPhone 4 + Contour Hardskin. No issues at all. The buttom of the case is almost wide open.

My iPhone 4 is in a speck case. This fits in the MDI cable perfectly with no issues. Hope this helps.
