Hey guys, just wondering, on a normal unspirited drive, what is your oil temp when the car is up to temp, Im always seeing between 98-100 Degrees Celsius? and up to 114 if I get on it.....

Did you find your intake made much of a difference Daz? Considering an ITG intake for mine.

performance wise it def did, nothing massive mind, but the car just seemed a little more eager through the range and at higher Revs...

You're safe up to ~130 but would be wise to change the oil without too much delay if you ever touched 140+

I never get above 106 even when spanking it.

But i have fitted an S3 Cooler so that is more than likely why mine stays lower.

interesting topic, i have never noticed the temp getabove 90 degrees. Maybe i need to try harder

The guys in our forum can get as much as around 125° on full song on the autobahn.

So everything well within the limits of the oil.
