Dorset Fire & Rescue Service now have at least 1 of these, and the Ambulance Service has one. Someone I know who deals with their vehicles says he is so impressed, he is ordering 2 more for the fire service!

Leeds paramedics have been racing around in them for 3 years. They were lined up in a row when I picked up my Octy!

Local emergency services use Scouts and Octys in Medway, usually serviced by Sherlodge.

Sadly the dealer wouldn't let me take one for a test drive though :(

The Paramedic ones round here are Elegances. Usually being driven 'briskly'

They must carry a fair amount of kit, as the suspension always looks pretty well laden.

We have many of them in NWAS. They are used for the Rapid Response vehicles. They also use the superbs for responding in too. These don't usually have the markings on though, just lights. It was after seeing these perform that let me away from Audi to Skoda. It was just a pitty I didn't know about the injectors on the BMN engine. All sorted now though, and I am pleased with my car. Love my vRS!

I first saw that one in July last year, when I'd taken mine on a gravel run down south. I understand that there is at least one other with NSW Ambulance, and that the Scout has joined the Outback on Government contract for that type of vehicle.
