Been offered some brand new merc amg alloys will these fit my octy 4 X 8.5 X 18" 5X112 ET35 .

If they are 5x112 then no! That fitment is right for a mkII octy though.

Or adaptors of some kind

The problem is that 15mm adaptors will reduce the offset down to 20 which is very tight and you will need arch mods.
