Has anyone heard of these and are they any good john pye motorsport do them up my way.

They offer three standard stages of mapping:-

Economy – map to optimise the efficiency of your vehicle providing up to 25% more fuel economy.

Standard - a mixture of both extra power and economy providing up to 25% more power and 20% economy.

Power – a map purely in the interests of increasing performance providing up to 30% more power

25% more power You'll be lucky.

Seriously if you want a remap, try R-tech or Shark, both have good reputations and specialise in these engines. If you are lucky you will get 210bhp from a stage 1 remap, no matter what people might claim

25% on 180bhp is 225bhp, so no chance with just a remap. 15% is more realistic.

20% on 35mpg is 42mpg, so also no chance! The fuel economy probably wont change at all.

I'd make the trip down the M1 to Shark in Mansfield. They're probably the most popular Skoda remappers about....
