Connecting xbox to pc

Trying to set up the xbox tonight and I have hit a problem. I have gone in to the connection settings on the xbox where I got a setup code, then the next page says to visit www.xbox.com/pcsetup - so I go to this site and there is nothing like a set up........

I have gone in to wmplayer 11 and enabled sharing and it finds the xbox, but the xbox still can't find the pc???

I wonder if its due to my prehistoric set up, I am currently running Windows xp Sp2 (not the media centre which could be the problem) my internet connection is via a bt home hub which is wireless, the pc itself isn't?

Yup, XP is the issue. You need Media Centre.

Best off using PS3MediaServer, it's a DNLA media server that your Xbox will pick up

In the status is says searching for ps3 then it says not found? Not sure how to change it to look for the xbox.

I didn't know P3MS worked on the eggbox, it's a great app fair play

Now I'm really cheesed off!! New laptop arrived today (with media center) so after set up etc I tried to configure the xbox.....first attempt, failure, 2nd attempt, success! Or not, although everything is set up on the media center right at the last stage it won't connect!!!!!

I feel like Dr Allan Grant from Jurassic Park everytime I touch technology, please help?

Hi. I got a xenon light that last week startet to act up with flickering. So I read here and understood and got confirmed that is the first on a path to have to change the xenon bulbs. My process was the following: Flickering right xeon light Turned off the lights a few days, then one day turned off and they both were dead, no life at all on auto at least. changed both left and right xenon. Surpriced how easy it was. The lights still dead after changed both to philips D3D bulbs. The ifht xen

Hi guys My Octavia 2 FL makes rattling noise on rough asphalt, exposed stones, small cracks. Brakes, system ATE, disc 280mm, pads Febi 16328. When I press brake pedal quiet. When release rattling comes back. I even replaced one rubber sleeve. New Febi sleeve is more loose than orginal ATE Skoda OEM sleeve. I replaced guide pins for brand new ATE. MOT in March nothing in suspension. I know sway bar link clattering noise. I think left side is louder than right or it is noise from left wheel. Any

Hi Everyone, I have a Factory fitted electric Tow bar. Last time I use, it was 5 years ago I believe. I tried to use it Today no chance not releasing. It has a green light always but whenever I pull it out light changes to red blinking and tow bar is not releasing. I used some wd-40 and rust cleaner but still result didn't' change. I also tried to pull out the tow bar with bare hand or hit the mechanism with a wood or hammer(kindly), still no chance. Anyone faced the same issue?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has come across this exact issue, because after 7 months and multiple visits, neither my dealer nor Škoda’s technical support has been able to identify the cause. History is that since the coilovers were done, the front-left top mount has aways creaked on turning; classic top mount sound of juddering movement. I've tried rotating the spring a little in case that's a difference but I need to do try some more just to make sure I haven't forgotten anything. In the meantime, the front right has developed a creak which is different. It's a heavier creaky rubber feel to it which is triggered on minor movement/weight shift. Going over speedbumps obviously makes
