Hi all, newbie to this forum.

I'm considering trading in my current car for a 2007 VRS SE that has caught my eye. Test drove it today and was impressed. its got 75k on the clock so its higher than i would normally go for but hey ho, its still got plenty of life left in it yet!

I noticed that the cup holder is broken (pressed it and the cover fell out!) and one of the rear seats wont fold down because the catch doesn't work - are these simple fixes for DIY'ing? One of the alloys is scraped too (not a huge issue and will be cheap enough to fix). Other than that it seems mint. Drove it and it pulled well in all gears without any noises from the turbo or suspension. Will have a search on here for any other common problems before i make my mind up tomorrow!

I've never owned a Skoda before (or a diesel for that matter bar a few months), although i am no stranger to VAG as i previously owned an A3 1.8T and and S3 after that.

Anyway - seems like a decent forum you got here. Maybe after tomorrow I'll stick around!
