Dont think so as it went straight back up as soon as i slowed down, think it was the wind chill lol

I was just thinking about making one, was thinking it may reduce fuel costs when it's cold by letting the car warm up faster and making the car more aerodynamic

Nah would disintigrate when wet, plus not aerodynmic enough
