I've a rubbing noise from the front of the car. It's lowered 45mm on Eibach coilovers but has had; new top mounts and new drop links fitted when the coilovers went on, and new console bushes in the last year. I'm planning to try the ARB bushes next but don't really know how much work is involved, can anyone give me any pointers.

Only 2 bolts holding the plates over the arb bushes,easy job mate.

Is it best to use ramps or axle stands, basically does it make any difference if the weight is on the wheels or not?

Using either will take weight off the wheels?
