New car (as of July) and the tonneau cover squeaks at all times when driving, it doesn't matter if the blind is fully extended or fully retracted. The only way to stop it it to remove it and lay the whole assembly on the back seat.

It's been into the dealer (Hortons in Lincoln) and it came back quiet but started squeaking a few days later. I don't abuse it, in fact I rarely operate it, so it's not down to me.

Has anyone suffered the same (really) annoying thing? If so what solved it?

Try a wee squirt of WD40 on the plastic mounts and into the spring retainer, worked on the Octy estate though it is now in the attic, got fed up removing it every time I needed the seats down, (most weekends)

Solution: Wings Skoda in Peterborough changed it under warranty. It's quiet. It's great.
