I think that any electrical contact cleaner which is guaranteed not to leave any residue should be just fine. Another cleaning method I have read is to put the MAF in a plastic bag along with some IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and gently swish the IPA around the MAF.

I do my Maf with brake cleaner every 5000 miles along with an oil change
