I have a Skoda Ocavia 2011 Diesel Estate and I have recently noticed that the power steering feels different in reverse gear. It is almost as if at certain points there seems to be a greater resistance for a short moment and than its back to normal. Is this normal, or is this something I should be concerned about?

Never driven far enough in reverse to worry about anything. That said, what was toe in will be toe out in reverse and that may feel quite different.
