I have the oe Bluetooth which works great but has one annoying problem. The 5 presets loose their memory randomly sometimes after a day or up to a few weeks. I have pairfed 3 different phones all do the same. Local dealer in Farnham was unable to help

I have tried all methods of entering the numbers

Which 5 presets ? I have 9 on the bolero screen, not 5...

Sounds like a local CMOS battery issue on the Phone kit, or poor power / incorrect power tap for the kit.
