I've seen these teams replace major items in stupidly quick times yet they are stumped by a damaged radiator!

I've seen these teams replace major items in stupidly quick times yet they are stumped by a damaged radiator!

Between service you can only change parts that you're carrying and the crew must do the work, ie no spare rad in car so they were out.

Surely it's not that complicated? I've never felt the need to drive on the wrong (my usual correct) side of the road when driving outside of the UK
