Revo'ed Dsg

Featured Replies

Seeing that the pedals are at rubbish height for heel and toe (and the software needs changing to allow both pedals to be applied) I'm now thinking Dsg wouldn't be that bad.

I had Dsg back in 2004 on an Audi a3 tdi and it was ok but got confused a bit and manual still changed up when it felt like it.

Reading up on the remap of the Dsg it takes this further. Anyone got any comments on the revo Dsg in stage one?

Does anyone else offer a remap in the uk?

Shark performance also do a dsg remap

Mine didn't need the sw changing to allow you to press brake and throttle at the same time. You're correct about the pedal height though - not great for heel and toe. TBH although the pedal location is crap you CAN actually heel & toe if you really want to, just that my experience is that for road use it really doesnt add much value.

Crap brake pedal location would not be a sufficient reason for me to fork out the extra fifteen hundred quid (or whatever it is) to get a dsg.

Agree expensive but looking at nearly new as well as new and a few Dsg bargains to be had. Looks like it adds very little to resale value.

20% plus off a new one seems to have hit second hand values bad.
