Hi all,

currently happy owner of Octavia VRS FL.

Car hasn't missed a beat and i love it but next year I need some extra space.

What are the dimensions of the VRS estate tailgate, as in how big is the hole in the back

I need to be able to get in a kart in there minus its wheels and body work, which at its widest point is 1060mm

Hi, being an ex Kart racer i have just measured my vRS estate for you.

The width of the tailgate to rubber seals is exactly 1060mm but the width narrows to about 1010mm as the load area approaches the rear seats.

Do what i do when i buy a new car, i'm a photographer so i take all my kit to the dealers showroom to see how it will fit! if there not happy there's always another dealer!!
