Change both my fabias with LEDs number plate all interior and sidelights also done the drls in the new fabia all good done the reverse but not worth doing the indicators or brake as apparently they are not great

Oh no you don't , the interior and number plate don't need special canbus ones, although the drls and tail lights require error free ones ;)

Any recomdations on led number plates ones

eBay I have used the heat resistor ones, the ones with the metal ridges on the back, loads on eBay have a look I used HQ lighting really good quality ;)

Used Ebay for my interior ones, no problems to date.

Presume the number plates would be the same, although have not bothered to change mine, nor the boot light

Mine needed resistors for the number plates to stop canbus errors.

Maybe different for non vRS models like seb says?

Well worth doing though

Are the number plate bulbs 36mm or 38mm?

oh yes you do! Number plate ones are in the canbus system to check if one is out as its an offence to have a bulb out there just like it is with a headlight or brake light

Sooooory :( I did get canbus error free ones with resistor, need to check before putting brain in gear, only interior is ok ;)

It all went a bit pantomime there :D

It's behind you !

just fitted 36mm canbus leds for number plates.. worked like a charm.. 2min job tops.

If you want to change the brake lights and/or indicators.. be careful.. some led bulbs do not fit in the lamp housing, they are about 1mm too wide.

36 mm I think can't remember I think mine had the resistors though

Your map and centre light above the mirror, you'll have 3 bulbs in there 2 maps which are push in type and the middle one which is similar to the plate lights, get them from eBay cheap as chips ;)
