thx for that, more interested in what it does to prevent the noise, how it works, etc... go get ur post count up elsewhere

Im sure tech1e started a thread on these. He showed where they go and how it works.

I think he described the noise as mooing though.

Yeah it's a rubber damper that balances out the vibration that causes the noise.
