Yes, to my knowledge you can buy that. You would need to buy a new airbag as well though!

I have a pre FL but have the new dash and TSI engine (09 plate and on the crossover) and also the new style steering wheel but it doesn't have the controls and would like to get them, but surely we would need the adapter ring that sits behind the wheel aswell to allow the controls to work. There is a thread on here about fitting the new scirocco wheel and someone has done it (sorry can't remember who, but no doubt you will confirm).
