I'd sooner trust a company that makes engine mounts ;) i was prepared to buy another one then, making them more money, but he said it'd be fine.

You mean you'd rather trust VF engineering than a man with a golf??? :o

Good point tho, they could have easily taken a few more £££ from you - its not like you need an excuse to spend on your car.

Look forward to seeing the results :)

and if my power is killing it then how can people run 300bhp through them? is it just because i drive it hard as **** or what

i flat shift a lot too, it went as i was racing some evo

yeah, guess it's less about the power and more about driving it like a **** almost(?) every time you put the key in the ingition :p

The mounts will make it shake and rattle like crazy.... Welcome to your new engine note and vibrations :)

k update

the noise was the engine hitting against the front ARB due to a knackered gearbox mount too.

when that's fixed it'll be fine

so the new uprated mount is absolutely fine... im glad i didnt listen to your advice

vibra technics said the dog bone link wasn't designed for a diesel and said would cause mad vibration like you said. he told me not to get that one, but the other 2 are fine.

Must be a different design to the golf ones
