still not running right

Featured Replies

Bought my vrs about 2 month ago and after about a month it just decided to die on me on way to work, after a bit of fiddling about i changed the plug on my fuel pump and it seemed to have solved the problem for about a week anyway, i got it plugged in and it cam up with code for cam sensor, i have since changed the cam and crank sensor and for couple days it was fine but now it wont always start, when it starts it runs fine, it does take a while to turn over normally but have been told that this is common on these cars, i have been told to change the ecu as mine has been mapped but i dont particulary want to spend loads on a new ecu and it not be the prob has anyone else had anything similar? i love my car to bits but its giving me so much probs just want it sorted.

Not a common issue to my knowledge.

Who mapped your car? Have the problems started after it was mapped?
