rear end wobble

Featured Replies

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has any ideas on this - as i said up there: I've Just bought a 2004 1.9tdi estate and it seems to have a bit of a wobble - I once had a similar wobble when the tracking rod went on a oldschool fiesta. It feels like the back end isn't quite connected to the rear wheels! I've had a 51 plate golf tdi for a while now, but I'm not too familiar with the setup in the Fabia. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Cheers!

Tom

cheers guys - I'll have a gander - one thing I forgot to mention is that it has a towbar and wondered if towing wears anything specifically - suppose that could be the bushes?

Sounds like it m8

First of all think as when it occurs. If its at speed related then: 45-70mpg is wheel balance problem. If its lower speed then buckled tyre. If it feel irregular then loose suspension parts. Before you diagnose the problem you need first to check in what situation it comes on. Its not the point of just guess.
